Please click below to complete your Adoption Application Form & review the terms of the Adoption Contract. You will be sent an Adoption Contract to sign after your Application has been approved.

Pine Hill Farm Inc. requires photographs of the farm where the adopted horse will be stabled. Please include barns, stalls, run-ins, fields, paddocks etc., as well as photos of the current equines and other animals being cared for at that location. Please email your images to pinehillfarminc@gmail.com.
